I have been eyeing Astro Farms Lemon Cherry for a while but neglected to pick that bud up until last night. The bud did not speak to me while sitting in its packaging—but once I took it out and began pinching it I was rewarded with super bright aromas of sweet tart lemons and cherry starburst with a beautiful menthol pine balance. The flavor mirrors that aroma with just a delicious creamy candy cherry, lemon and that same deep and rich menthol pine. A refreshing and flavorful burst of candy fruit and woody forest.
The high starts out with a burst of euphoria and mood elevation, focus and engagement. But the bud has a progressive relaxation to it which will whittle away at the initial energy and creative boost and replace it with a chill and laid back state, and then a slow lethargy and ultimate mutual couch appreciation. I wrote in my notes that I “am not stoned”, but subsequent to that note I think I was mildly and blissfully stoned.
I highly recommend Lemon Cherry from Astro Farms to all consumers. The flavors and aromas are so clean, clear and delicious—with fruity and pine notes which will satisfy both new and old school consumers respectively. The high is as clean and clear as the flavors and will take the consumer on a journey from alert to asleep. Novice consumers are encouraged to engage with this bud in moderation—they will most likely need a bed or couch nearby at some point for their eventual slumber.
