The following diary entry is shared to provide insight into my personal use of cannabis to alleviate a series of medical and health issues, inclusive of insomnia and loss of appetite.
Epic Buzz is a very unique and fruity bud on different levels. The aroma opened up like a strong citrus haze full of lemon lime sweet sour citrus and earthy notes. But when I took a dry hit of the bud, the “mouth smell” leaned more into smooth creamy red berries. The flavor starts off with a vanilla creamy taste and then picks up berries and gentle candy grapes, before turning more citrussy towards the middle and end of the joint. Indeed, the middle of the joint is where the flavor was most enjoyable for me.
The high starts alert, energetic, engaged, focused and utilitarian. I sat for a good hour focusing on music, sitting and watching the rain, and just enjoying myself and my surroundings. That energetic buzz does tend to mellow and relax a bit as it progresses, but it still stays more on the engaged and utilitarian than the sleepy and unmotivated side.
Epic Buzz is very different and is a bud I recommend all fans of cannabis try. The flavor is tasty and gently sweet whereas the aroma is heavily sweet and sour—a pretty interesting contrast. The utilitarian and then mellow high makes this bud appropriate for both experienced consumers who need to get work done as well as novice consumers looking for a bud which will not overwhelm them.
