Grower: Golden Temple
Rating: 4.6
The following diary entry is shared to provide insight into my personal use of cannabis to alleviate a series of medical and health issues.
Golden Temple remains in a class of its own, producing flowers with profiles that few others would attempt and even fewer could realize at this level of quality. Wet Stones 2 is clear evidence of that distinction. This beautiful bud sings with a pungent concentrated pomegranate syrup aroma layered over berries, rose, and the fresh grass and spice that give the flower depth. The aroma is richโornate, vivid, and alone in its profile. On the palate, the flavor follows the same path as the aroma but in a more grounded and balanced way. Fresh grass, fruit, herbs, pepper, and floral notes all come through, blending into something closer to home though retaining touches of the exotic.
The high from Wet Stones 2 is strong โ but not in the wall-hitting way that’s become so commonplace. It finds you, touching points of awareness that most modern cultivars have quietly abandoned in the race toward sheer potency. There’s a layered quality to the effect, something cerebral running alongside something grounded: fully functional, never sleepy, motivating and positive โ the kind of high that doesn’t pull you to the couch but pushes you toward something, leaving you productive and present. In a market flooded with brute-force THC numbers, Wet Stones 2 is doing something rarer its celebrating cannabinoids, good medicine and perhaps why cannabis was gifted to the world in the first place. Even the beautiful pressure around my head brought a sensation I hadn’t felt (but missed so much) since Headband disappeared from shelves
I highly recommend Wet Stones 2 to any serious consumer of cannabis. The bud has flavors and aromas which are delicious and unlike others–but the real treasure lies in highs which seem to have been bread out of the market. Highs which celebrate and put the other cannabinoids on display rather than just pump out the THC. There is something very special here which many of us have forgotten about and even more consumers may have never experienced.
