The following diary entry is shared to provide insight into my personal use of cannabis for medicinal purposes.
You have never experienced brick weed like this. I am certain of it. Golden Templeโs experiments with curing found a winner with this one. This crumbly multi-verdant hued piece of organic matter has sweet and mildly sour, creamy, citrus, strawberry and earthy aromas. I wonder if it would have smelled like strawberry had I not known the name was โAlpine Strawberryโ? The flavor starts with a subtle and delicious strawberry cream and develops a green hoppy and slightly peaty taste but remains delicious.
Alpine Strawberryโs high is interesting. I consumed probably about 1/3 of a gram in a short period of time, which is generally considered a lot for a Golden Temple bud, but for this was very manageable. Immediately I felt like a deer in the headlights, locked in place, but with eyes wide watching curiously in awe at the world flashing by. The high mellowed out quickly, but left me alert, thoughtful, and attentive with a level of relaxation and resignation to life. In the end awake, content, chill, capable but not looking for action.
I highly recommend Alpine Strawberry to all consumers, which is not something I can say for any other Golden Temple bud tried to date. The flavors are awesome and the high, while profound, is not overwhelming and is a perfect go through the day bud. Iโd love to try the bud in a non-brick form. Novice consumersโyou are welcome to give this a shot but remember moderation.
