After being impressed with Platinum Bird from Mudgee Botanica—also provided by Cannexus Solutions—I was eager to see if Blue Zushi could meet the same standard. The answer was immediate the moment I smelled the bud: this is the real deal. The aroma is sweet and earthy with sour tropical fruit notes—clear cherry and pineapple—backed by a funky, musky, almost sexy body-odor undertone. Even my mom commented on how good it smelled.
The flavor leans heavily earthy and savory, reminiscent of coffee grounds and the herbs used in Vietnamese soups, with softer echoes of cherry and pineapple carrying through.
The high is mellow and controlled—slightly stoned but far from overwhelming. It creates a calm, contemplative state with a low-key euphoric, zen quality that encourages reflection and simply taking everything in. The effect is gently stunned, relaxed, and present.
I highly recommend Blue Zushi for all consumers. Its approachable, balanced high makes it especially well-suited for first-time users.
