The following diary entry is shared to provide insight into my personal use of cannabis to alleviate a series of medical and health issues, inclusive of insomnia and loss of appetite.
Cookie Butter, which is a beautifully sparkled and sticky bud, true to its name is a dessert bud. The aroma is sweet, syrupy, with minty pine and spice notes, a slight funk and a deep buttery scent which put my lactose intolerant stomach in a slight panic. The flavor matches the aroma well, with a buttery maple syrup lead and an herbal spicy pine accent.
The high starts off with a euphoric and eager state. I jumped into some video editing, listened to music, ate tons of chocolate and was in a state of content creativity—happy to sit around, think and work and absorb my surroundings. The bud does get progressively more relaxed up to a point of being mildly stoned—not to the point of passing out, but the point of losing motivation and happily vegging out on comfortable furniture.
I think that Rach Rollers got the most they could get out of these buds. I highly recommend Cookie Butter to those who love sweet buds but not necessarily fruity buds. It was nice to jump into a dessert bud that leaned more into a sugary and herbal pine profile and away from fruit. The high is strong enough to feel but not overwhelming—a good way to chill and close off the day with just enough of an initial heady high to take final concluding actions before vegging out.
