Grower: Humble Gardens Farms

Rating: 4.3

The following diary entry is shared to provide insight into my personal use of cannabis to alleviate a series of medical and health issues.

The initial aroma of sweet gas and rubber pulled me into Humble Gardens Farmsโ€™ Magic Gum Drop. But those elements which suggest Magic Marker lineage take a back seat to the sweeter and fruity candy notes of bubble gum, candied licorice and tart green apple. A more balance of โ€œmarkerโ€ and fruit can be found in the flavor which comes through with a rubber gas familiar taste plus that green apple so noticeable in the aroma.

The high is balanced with an engaged, chill and mellow initial heady high coupled with a gentle relaxed body high. I felt like I was always in control of the high, never felt overwhelmed or stoned, and generally felt pretty good about just kicking back and seeing what the world has in store for me.

I highly recommend Magic Gum Drop to novice consumers. Humble Gardens Farms is one of the top farms out there and it is rare to find a bud of this quality which is mild and gentle enough for novice consumers. Indeed, this is an excellent way for novice consumers to check out a chilled out take on Permanent Markerโ€”a bud which is otherwise quite strong and reserved for experienced consumers. Experienced consumers will still enjoy the flavors, aromas and high of this budโ€”but should not expect the power of other Permanent Marker crosses.
