I first vaped and combusted Da Funk back in January, when the bud was freshly harvested, and it was a memorable and excellent experience—I urge everyone to go back and read that review. Two months later, this flower has cured and matured into something even more expressive. The aroma and flavor have taken on a super spicy, soapy profile, layered with menthol eucalyptus—almost like a sweet, cherrycola take on Vicks VapoRub. It’s super delicious, intriguing, and unmistakably unique to Canis.
The high was fullon—relieving me of both mental and physical abilities, locking me in place, and delivering a truly elevated, happy intoxication. Motivation disappeared, and with it any need for purpose in life; I was simply satisfied to be still, stoned, and at peace with the world.
I highly recommend that all consumers get their hands on Canis Major’s Da Funk. It is, without a doubt, the best Da Funk out there—its elements are always changing, yet consistently superior. This cured version is very strong, so novice consumers should approach with concentrated moderation: just 2–3 puffs.
