The following diary entry is shared to provide insight into my personal use of cannabis to alleviate a series of medical and health issues.
Jamaican Bubblegum is instantly seductive, opening with sweet-sour young mango aromas layered over sugar-smooth banana and the grassy, peppery notes I associate with high-quality Thai outdoor-grown buds. There is something especially appealing here in the natural character of the flower—something local, vivid, and increasingly rare. On the smoke, the flavor follows the same path as the aroma, though in a slightly softer and more restrained way. Banana, young mango, grass, and pepper all come through, blending into something that feels gently reminiscent of fruity bubble gum. Even now, it is already enjoyable, though I can tell this is a bud I want to revisit after it has had a bit more time to cure.
The effects are marvelous. The high is alert, creative, and super euphoric, while remaining chilled without ever becoming sedative. It brings on a giddy, happy mood and a pleasurable tingling through the body that makes the whole experience feel bright, easy, and deeply enjoyable. For me, these are some of the best and most pleasurable daytime effects I have come across in years.
Even though my final conclusion is still pending, I would already highly recommend Jamaican Bubblegum. The superior aroma, with its natural and local touches, is rare to find these days, and the flavor is already good. Most of all, the effects make this one stand out: a joyful, uplifting, and beautifully balanced daytime smoke that leaves a strong impression even before the cure is complete.
