Grower: Thai Kush

The following diary entry is shared to provide insight into my personal use of cannabis to alleviate a series of medical and health issues.

The funky, ripe citrus orange notes of Queen of Lana impressed me with their intensity, but because of my general aversion to orange I put it on the shelf to sit for a whileโ€”saving it for a night when I actually wanted something funky and citrussy. When I finally returned to it, I was delighted to find floral notes, vanilla, and earth in the aroma. Those same notes came through clearly in the flavor as well, alongside a soapy, herbal, citrus-forward taste that made this bud enjoyable.

The high is excellent and balanced: euphoric and happy, with an engaged mind, while the muscles loosen and the body settles into a calm, peaceful relaxation. I noted at first that I wasnโ€™t sleepyโ€”but when I lay down on the couch to watch YouTube, I quickly dozed off.

I highly recommend Queen of Lana for its excellent flavor/aroma and high. It balances that strong ripe citrus with subtler notes that make it truly enjoyable, and the high is a great way to wind down without giving up your consciousness. The bud may be too strong for novice consumersโ€”but a couple puffs in moderation should be ok.
