I have to give this one to Marie Wonka—she did Rainbow Runtz right. I smoked this bud at the end of a long Sunday, battered both physically and mentally by the resulting mayhem from the unholy trinity of a three year, a septuagenarian and endless amounts of refined sugar products. I needed something dank and old school—my nose led me to Marie’s Rainbow Runtz which exuded a dank petrol aroma but with an intense apple cider vinegar and candy sweet and sourness. Not exactly old school—but still very adult. The flavor is delicious—a combination of caramel apple, lavender and skunk which left me in quite contemplative admiration. Old school in spirit—adult in execution—just really, really good.
The high is a great combination of complete chill and relaxed but with eager and open conviviality. An excellent bud to enhance hanging out with friends, slow but effective communication, and just the clean and laid back enjoyment of a quite and simple life. An excellent recovery from the trauma of toddlers, senior citizens and sugar.
I highly recommend Rainbow Runtz to all consumers. Marie Wonka’s iteration is excellent through and through. The flavors and aromas are wonderfully adult and delicious—new but without modern silliness. The high is thorough, therapeutic, not overwhelming but still profound.
