That Good Good is a new bud to me—but it has very familiar characteristics and most regular tokers will probably feel like they have been reunited with an old friend (or at least associate). The bud is beautiful, sticky and sparkly. We have established that White Labs is a quality grower on these pages and their excellence is now expected and comes without surprise. The aroma comes through strong with gassy fumes of ripe berries accompanied by a piney and slightly sour essence. The flavor does a good job of matching the aroma, but is slightly rougher than I had expected at the beginning, but does smooth out and concludes with a very pleasant herbal and menthol taste which leaves the mouth with a Listerine clean finish.
The high hits profoundly leaving the consumer staring deeply into the horizon for unknown lengths of time without seeing anything. The daydreams of the braindead. Once your dedicated consumer shook off his stupor, I found myself giddy, happy, silly, giggling at anything and everything around me. An interesting and enjoyable transition.
I recommend The Good Good to experienced consumers. As mentioned above the aromas and flavors are very familiar and should satisfy those crazing a particular profile of sweet gas and menthol pine. The high is overwhelming and while that may attract the most experienced of us—it could be very unpleasant for novice consumers. This is not a beginner’s bud.
