I was hoping I would love this Amnesia Haze. Amnesia Haze—when done right—is such a classic and wonderful bud. When I saw it on Fat Buds shelf, I hesitantly asked for it—on the one hand hoping it would meet my every expectation and desire—but on the other hand I was scared that my hopes and dreams would turn into dizzying disappointment. I am happy to say I was not disappointed—the bud was true to its name and left me giddy as a schoolgirl.
Amnesia Haze, a green bud covered in dull orange hairs with heavy dusting, has a lemon citrus sweet smell. When smoked an earthy sweet flavor emerges. The effects are cerebral, energetic, focused and uplifting. After smoking a joint I hung about in the common areas of my apartment building, just shooting the breeze with my neighbors, listening to their stories and enjoying their company.
I highly recommend Amnesia Haze to both experienced users and novices. Experienced users will lock into the engaged and social aspects of the bud and will know they are working with pure positivity. Novice users will be able to experience a classic strain—one which does have some weight behind it—but which shows some of the best characteristics of a haze. An excellent learning experience.
