UpperCut on Tour: The Highest Sesh in Low Season on the 18th of May in Phuket at Phuket High

Samo #78 is pretty for sure, a barely purple base covered in green, orange hairs and dusty whites. But it’s the odor and even more so the flavor which make this an exceptional bud. The initial aroma, earthy, herby, and citrus is pleasant but not overpowering or remarkable. However, upon being broken apart and then ground a sweet garlic and lemon essence emerges which is further confirmed on the dry pull.  Once lit, a mix of chives, cream cheese and lime emerge—a delicate, elegant, and savory flavor which is unlike any other taste I have experienced. The smoke is smooth, mesmerizing, lip smacking, delicious. A testament to nature and human ingenuity.

How Hygh continues to improve and up their game and this bud is by far the best I have tried from them. The quality is clear from the aesthetics, flavor, taste, and white burning ash. The high is an uplifting, clean, stress relieving sabai sabai feel which allows for profound concentration, inward perception, and appreciation. It is not necessarily energetic—but it is mentally motivating and allows its user to bring a positive attitude and application to the day.

I highly recommend Samo #78 to both experienced and novice users. The bud has no overwhelming characteristics which may scare newbies—and has such a bright wonderful high which can be appreciated by everyone. Experienced users will marvel at the rare and delicious flavor—new users will learn the complexity of the many elements of this wonderful plant.
