Dispensary: Sweed Love

Rating: 4.2 leaves

This is the second time I am reviewing Sugar Cane.  My previous review was from my pre-legalization stash, whereas this is from the legally grown and procured local batch from Sweed Love.  Two things stuck out to me about the strain:  1. It is still a great strain, perfect for working, attentive and focused with a good relaxed feel.  2. It is no longer a unique strain (but this is a good thing). Allow me to address both points in a bit more detail.

Sugar Cane has a very sweet fragrance which is matched by its sweet and candy berry flavor. Its effects are mostly cerebral, users will be on top of their game and able to converse, work, socialize and conquer the day ahead of them while at the same time will be relaxed enough to catch their breath and relax a bit. Sugar Cane is an excellent day time working strain.

As mentioned above, this is no longer unique. Gone are the days where we had to scrounge around IG looking for our favorite growers or middlemen selling strains we only read about or saw on YouTube. Thailand is the land of plenty, including plenty of strains. Sugar Cane is a middle of the pack working strain—it is great—just like so many of the other great working strains out there—but it is not alone.

Having said all that, I still am a big fan of Sugar Cane.  It is an excellent choice for both experienced and novice users. It is practical, gentle, has a great taste and has no adverse effects. It is a great choice for work, for focus and moving about.
