Grower: Fire Farms

Rating: 4.6

UpperCut on Tour: The Highest Sesh in Low Season on the 18th of May in Phuket at Phuket High

Three Layer Sticky Cake, Fire Farms’ own creation, is a feast for the senses. The buds are beautiful and plump—with mini-buds seemingly emerging from the bud with frosted purple and green gray base colors and orange hairs throughout. It is for sure sticky—as are all Fire Farms’ buds. And like all Fire Farms’ buds the odors are explosive and penetrating.  3LSC bursts with super sour lime chemical candy primary aromas and skunky menthol herby secondary aromas which dominates the dry pull.  Those secondary menthol herby aromas are the primary flavors of the smoke (which helped clear my sinuses). The sweet and sourness comes out as the joint burns down with an added spicy kick at the very end.

3LSC is a strong bud that works quickly. The immediate effects of the bud are euphoria and a spacey giddiness with a slow down in the brain and body.  That slow down is accompanied by a dreamy focus on the intangible. 3LSC gets stronger, and the user gets stoned, but never overwhelmed, never negative, never dips into paranoia or panic.  Indeed, this is a happy, strong and stoney bud which will slow down the body but not drop it into sleep.

I highly recommend 3LSC to experienced users—but am wary to recommend something this strong to novice users (perhaps one puff).
