Dispensary: Fad Bud’s Weed Shop

Rating: 4.4 leaves

I am a full convert to CBD and may become a CBD apostle. When Fat Bud recommended ACDC and Cherry Wine (which will be covered in a subsequent review) I gladly followed his recommendation.

AC/DC looks very much like a scraggly sativa bud and has mild woody smell. It is not eye catching and the initial odors do not pull the user in.  However, once the bud is broken up, a stickiness is released and with it a rich, clean forest pine smell. When either smoked or vaped, the taste is excellent, clean and smooth. The taste is much richer than the odor, with strong minty evergreen (almost like vicks vapor rub) and earth woody flavors.

The effects of AC/DC are very much like a sativa . . . without the high.  The user is initially alert and focused with the body feeling relaxed and clean. There is no better word to describe AC/DC than “clean”. The bud has a cleansing ability on the brain as well as on the body; leaving the user renewed, refreshed and ready. Peaceful but not sleepy. There is no euphoric feeling or energy, but there is a calm self awareness.

AC/DC is a sativa, without the high.  This can be vaped or smoked all day long and would be perfect for reading, drafting, focusing . . . doing work which takes thoughtfulness and self awareness. This is a great strain which highlights the fact that there is so much more to weed than just getting high.
