Grower: High Society

Rating: 4.4

On the one hand, I owe High Society an apology. They sent me Dirty Money (amongst other samples I have yet to try). I tried it and loved it and asked them if Ganjana grew it. They happily affirmed that High Society grew it. Wow—nice job guys. But, at the same time—where is my Captain Kush?! I sat at High Society, walked their grow of Captain Kush—smoked it off the vine (loved it)—and then waited with heightened anticipation for a sample to come my way once it finished curing. Indeed, that sample was dangled in front of my nose at the Bong Party/Grower’s Union event, but then harshly taken back, rolled into a joint and then shared around me, as part of some cruel psychological experiment as I was left to contemplate how unfair life is. But I digress. Dirty Money is a beautiful gassy bud, sweet, with an herbal minty and candy liquorish essence and flavor. The bud has multiple hues of greens, oranges and even a little yellow with a noticeable and pleasant dusting.

Dirty Money lays deep into the body—relaxing the muscles, removing stress from the shoulders (and the mind), massaging over pain, and inviting the consumer to chill. While the mind is not motivated or energized—it is not shut down either. Indeed, the consumer will be able to slowly enjoy watching the world pass by (without moving the body much or at all).

I highly recommend Dirty Money to experienced consumers—especially those who are old or who have kids. The bud is the perfect cure for a long hard day—especially one that has taxed the body and mind. While the bud is not overwhelmingly strong—it should still be approached in moderation by novice users—but it is worth approaching.
