Lilac Diesel is an interesting strain. It is a good looking bud, dark green with a good level of dusting. It has a noticeable pine and menthol fragrance with a very mild hint of pungency. The flavor is quite decent with the pine menthol taste coming through with elements of lavender.
The flavor and the taste are good, but probably not enough to draw me back to this strain. The effects, however, are excellent. They start off mildly in the head and then build up into a stronger euphoric high with a slight, but effectively relaxing body high. Lilac Diesel is a strong heady sativa hybrid which will leave the user elated, engaged, happy, creative, and dreamy and relaxed enough to counter the seriousness and stress of a day. Lilac Diesel may not be the strain you want if you are appealing a life sentence in court; but it’s a fine strain to be on when writing and composing, spit balling ideas, hanging out with friends, collaborating on ideas.
Lilac Diesel is appropriate for both novice and experienced users. Experienced users will use this bud as a tool for productivity and creativity. Novice users will have a fine bud to experiment with which will allow them to explore the worlds of creativity and productivity while still encountering a bit of relaxation and chillness in their bodies. Lilac Diesel will not get you stoned—but it will get you pleasantly and effectively high.
