My queue is long and I had second thoughts about trying another Gary Satan cross from M.O.B. They are all excellent, but they are all quite similar with some nuances here and there, and it could be argued that my time is better spent on something more novel. But, these buds are quite excellent and I do enjoy them so. The RS11 x Gary Satan cross is no exception to the above. It is a dark, dank and dense bud, exuding sweet kerosene aromas mixed with sweet and very sour tropical candy fruits. The flavor is full bodied, strong, intense with a dominating adult fermented berry taste, pepper, and a mint which becomes more and more pronounced with every drag until menthol is the dominating flavor. I finished my joint and contemplated immediately rolling another one so as to continue the enticing flavor.
Instead of rolling another joint, I enjoyed the deep and strong high of this cross. The high starts tingly, with all senses aroused, nerves slightly edgy with the mind slow but active. I had earlier injured my foot landing on one of baby Mendel’s toys while playing football with him. This bud completely neutralized that pain—making it possible to walk without pain or a limp (I should not have walked on that foot). While my muscles were at ease, I was neither sleep nor lethargic and went about my evening pliantly content.
I highly recommend RS11 x Gary Satan to any fan of gassy strong buds. The quality is on par with what I expect from M.O.B. and will not disappoint any seasoned stoner. At the same time, the high is too strong and too edgy for novice consumers.
