UpperCut on Tour: The Highest Sesh in Low Season on the 18th of May in Phuket at Phuket High

Thai Cobra, a strain I never came across before, quite the solid bud. The bud was grown with love and care with a proper springy denseness to it with a classic green base touched with purple and orange hues. The aromas are neo-classical, sweet, herby, mint and menthol, with the slight hint of citrus pine. The odors are very evident but nonetheless more mild, pleasant and approachable rather than overwhelming or overpowering. The flavor is more floral than herbal with an underlying sweet earthiness which carries through from beginning to end.

The bud has a euphoric and engaging high, giggly, energetic, alert, focused and super hungry. The packaging indicated that Thai Cobra is an indica. If it is—it is very much an energetic indica. The high, like the flavor and odor, is pleasant and enjoyable—far from overwhelming, overpowering, or complex.

Thai Cobra is a really nice bud with an excellent high. It has a classic positive feel to it and is excellent for working, engaging with other folks and relaxing with a book or documentary. This is not a profound strain. Any experienced user will recognize similarities between Thai Cobra and some other strains which their marked history about a decade ago.  But this is where the beauty lies. Thai Cobra is approachable enough for novice users to enjoy without being overwhelmed—at the same time its clean classic tastes, odors and highs will keep experienced users happy, engaged and satisfied.
