There is an excitement in discovering the unknown and stumbling on gold. I would love to take credit for discovering Terpie Garden and their beautiful buds, but truth be told they found me and their buds fortuitously landed on my lap. These guys are doing it right, growing high quality cannabis in Thailand.
Terpie Garden’s buds arrived in tightly sealed tins—which when opened unleased a seductive gassy and slightly sweet odor which gave way to sour green apple scents once the initial intense essence dissipated throughout my apartment. Once ground that sour apple scent becomes stronger. The buds themselves look fluffy but are dense to the touch, a dusty green base with no shortage of orange hairs highlighting and dominating the bud.
The flavor has both new aged and classic characteristics—a very strong sour apple flavor at the top supported by a strong OG flavor which will make older tokers nostalgic. The smoke is thick and flavorful. I greedily and hungrily pulled in as much as possible with each hit only stopping at the point of coughing.
The initial effect is an intense head high and pressure—which quickly lessens into a focused, aware, creative, thoughtful, and elated mood. Just when I was about to declare the strain an excellent sativa, a pleasant tingling and mild relaxed effect set in my body. Not enough to put one to sleep—but enough to relax achy muscles and chill me out completely. Active brain, relaxed body . . . a pretty good feeling for the end of a day. Apple Blossom is medium strength bud and will get the user pretty high but not stoned.
I would highly recommend Apple Blossom to both experienced and novice users. Experienced users will appreciate the high quality of the flower itself, its neo-classic odors and flavors, and its very balanced high. Experienced users will be able to function fully, for the most part, considering the medium strength of the flower. I would recommend that Novice users use Apple Blossom as a stepping stone as they move from gentle strains to stronger ones. They will be able to experience intense and high quality flavors and stronger but not incapacitating strengths with Apple Blossom.
