I was not expecting Sweet Sixteen to be as good as it was. It was grown in an Ikea closet and dried and cured at home. But I would do a great injustice to this bud and to Kascobar by not giving them the credit they deserve. This was truly an awesome smoke and a great high. 

The bud itself is large and plump, dense and springy, super sticky, deep purple with heavy dusting, islands of green and orange hairs.  The bud is super pungent with the most unique and loud herbal, menthol, eucalyptus, and dark chocolate aroma.  The aroma is replicated in the delicious flavor which somehow manages to have a minty dark chocolate flavor and still captures a great old school herbalness.

Sweet Sixteen’s high starts with a massage like pressure on the head and initially has a very dreamy effect on the head. That dreamy effect clears up slightly and is replaced with a slow but creative and excited thoughtfulness. The bud relaxes the body from the start and that relaxed feeling continues to grow and get stronger until the user drifts gently to sleep. Sweet Sixteen is a creeper—she seems strong at the onset, but then backs down, only to drag the user into a blissful slumber.

I highly recommend Sweet Sixteen to experienced users. They will enjoy the fantastic flavors, aromas and a great developing and profound high. Novice users may try the bud sparingly, but should be aware that this is a full powered strain—though the high never dips into the land of paranoia or panic. I am looking forward to seeing what else Kascobar grows in the future.
